Who am I?

荠菜为十字花科植物，北方也叫白花菜，瑶家叫“禾杆菜″，是一种人们喜爱的可食用野菜，遍布全世界。其营养价值很高，食用方法多种多样。具有很高的药用价值，具有和脾、利水、止血、明目的功效，常用于治疗产后出血、痢疾、水肿、肠炎、胃溃疡、感冒发热、目赤肿疼等症。人工栽培以板叶荠菜和散叶荠菜为主，冬末春初均可。
