Who am I?

PFC芯片是ncp1653A

一开始检测，只有保险烧了。

测量1653A的8脚电压是15V，7脚驱动输出是14多。

由于串着灯泡，灯泡一直闪，也没敢跳过灯泡。

买了新芯片后，发现7脚输出还是很高。再换上旧芯片后，发现7脚没有输出驱动，但是电源居然有输出了。不焊上芯片，电源还能工作，只不过大电容上的电压是318V。
